  • Caim: Scots Gaelic, meaning sanctuary; an invisible circle of protection to remind one of being safe and loved even in the darkest times.

  • FREE SUPPORT for all aspects of your life. Here you will find helpful advice for many of the challenges that face us all, based on over twenty years’ professional therapeutic experience. This is provided entirely free of charge.
  • Registrar of Births, Deaths & Marriages. Property Services. Social Services.
  • Charity providing free complementary therapy to island residents referred by a medical professional.
  • Experienced carer, with excellent references. Tina Chalmers will take you to appointments, do your shopping, light housework, and provide personal care.
